Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of RunSite (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. RunSite is currently offered as an invite-only beta, so features may change, and the Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
Your account
You need an invite to create an account. You’re responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Don’t misuse it — no attempts to breach security or access other customers’ data, no unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, and no using the Service to send spam or violate others’ rights.
Your content
You own the content you add — your business details, sites, leads, quotes, invoices, and customer records. You grant RunSite the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service for you (including sending email and payment requests you initiate).
AI-generated content
RunSite uses AI to draft websites, replies, quotes, and site scores. AI output can be inaccurate — review and edit it before you publish or send it. You’re responsible for what you choose to publish or send.
Payments
Paid plans and payment processing may be limited or disabled during the beta. Where payments are enabled, they’re processed by Stripe, and any fees will be shown before you’re charged. You’re responsible for the invoices and charges you create for your own customers.
Beta, warranties, and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. During the beta it may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunSite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
