What we collect

Account data — your email and password (stored hashed). Business data you enter — your site content, services, pricing, and the leads, quotes, invoices, bookings, and customer records you manage. Usage data — product analytics and error diagnostics to keep the Service working and improve it.

How we use it

To provide and operate the Service: generate and host your site, run the AI features you use, send the emails you initiate, process payments you set up, and secure and improve the product. We don’t sell your personal information.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We use trusted providers to run RunSite, and share only what each needs:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• Anthropic — AI features (site generation, replies, scoring, quote drafts)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (when enabled)
• PostHog — product analytics and error tracking

Data from your customers

When your customers submit a lead, review, or payment through your RunSite site, we process that data on your behalf to deliver it to you. You’re the controller of your customers’ data and responsible for handling it appropriately.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your account data by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and scoped credentials — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Your choices

You can access and update your information in the dashboard, unsubscribe from non-essential emails, and request deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data.
